RSI
Intubations in the Emergency department are a different kettle of fish to elective theatre cases. By their very nature they are challenging - Our patients by their very nature are high risk. They are typically physiologically challenged unfasted and time- critical. Because RSI is not a procedure that we do every day we need a robust approach and regular drilling to stay current.
